I'm a Frontend Developer from Germany, currently residing in Nürnberg. I'm originally from Berlin, and I continue to visit the city regularly. When winter arrives, you'll often find me living in a van in Greece. While I work remotely full-time, I'm always available to visit customers when necessary.

Experience

Since 2020, I've been freelancing in frontend development, blending my design background (B.A. in Mediadesign from MDH Berlin in 2015) with my development journey. I worked as a graphic designer for four years (also during my studies), and in 2018, I completed a second Bachelor's in Media Informatics from Beuth Hochschule Berlin to officially step into frontend development.

With over three years of development experience, I ventured into freelancing in 2020. I've been involved in a wide array of projects, from small business websites to component libraries, campaigns and startups. My preferred working environment is in smaller teams, and I often team up with Nicholas Braun to form an agile full-stack duo.

Looking for Projects

I am always looking for new projects with interesting tech and great design. I'm here to assist teams in need of extra resources to bring their projects to completion or to maintain existing websites. Moreover, I'm passionate about starting projects from the ground up, where I can provide guidance on architectural decisions, design, user experience, prototyping, and development.

Technologies

I bring several years of experience in React and TypeScript, along with more than eight years in "traditional" frontend development (HTML, CSS, VanillaJS), often focusing on component libraries. Additionally, since 2022, I've been actively expanding my skill set to work with headless CMSs.

I also nurture a hidden passion for crafting micro animations, having delved into CSS animations for over six years and, starting from 2023, exploring JavaScript-based animations, such as react-spring.
